Conference at Palazzo Dogana, Friday 29 May: "From the Women Founding Mothers to Today — The Long Road to Equal Opportunities"

The Province of Foggia will host a public conference on Friday, 29 May 2026, from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, in the Sala del Tribunale at Palazzo Dogana, under the title "From the Women Founding Mothers to Today: The Long Road to Equal Opportunities".
The event, organised by the Equal Opportunities Committee of the Foggia Bar Association and held under the patronage of the Province of Foggia and the Office of the Equality Councillor, examines the historical trajectory of gender equality in Italy — tracing its roots to the 21 women who played a foundational role in drafting the Italian Constitution.
Opening remarks will be delivered by Avv. Adriano Pernice. The following speakers are confirmed: Dr. Assunta Di Matteo, Equality Councillor, Province of Foggia; Avv.
